Every Where I Go

Here is the latest clip from Every Where I Go, music by Gloria Kae, words by Gloria Kae and Carmen Sylva Lindsay, recorded just this past week in the studio with John Thiel at Horizon Music Studio.

This piece grew out of the quiet space that grief leaves behind. The music carries the feeling of missing my Pop in that strange place where Sorrow and Longing mix together. There is urgency in it, a reaching across the Unseen, as if trying to Bridge the distance between this World and the Next.

But within that longing there is also Peace.

It is the quiet realization that while my Pop’s Body may be gone, his Presence has not vanished. His Spirit still moves through the Memories, the Moments, and the Music itself. In that understanding, I find Comfort.

And perhaps, somewhere within these notes, someone else who is missing someone they love might feel a little of that Comfort too.

The background vocals are Klarakins and Mila Marie

I really worked the piano this past week as it really needed to be better.

Looking forward to making a video with Cal Kellett from Simply Effective Web Design
